We all know how important small businesses are to local economies. But, many of them are having a hard time getting employees to come back to work. Who can blame them when those on unemployment are making more money than they did when they were employed? Idaho's Governor, Brad Little, may have some ideas to incentivize workers with a "Return to Work Bonus" of sorts. Can we actually provide incentives to bring our workers back?
